The Primary Education Challenge

Complete Careers work with schools at every stage of education, however, as statutory requirements are key within the secondary school curriculum, opportunities to introduce careers are often missed at earlier stages.

For this project, Complete Careers looked to develop a resource suite to support the quality award provided at primary school level. The student team working on this project developed an interactive lesson plan and supporting activities to engage a younger audience in discussions about careers. The project looked at interaction with both the class, teachers and parents to create an early insight into education, training and careers options.
