As a sustainability-focused business, Solutions 4 Plastics are continually developing products to meet market demands whilst supporting renewable, recyclable solutions.

One of the key areas for the business’s future development plans is to achieve carbon-neutral status.

The Graduate Skills Builder project evaluated the current procedures across the Solutions 4 Plastics business and the impact their business currently has on the environment and produced both internal and external proposals for the business to consider in a move towards becoming carbon neutral.

The student project team examined both the cost and practicality of their proposed options, to recommend a preferred strategy that the business could take forward. This strategy was not just limited to energy use, but a business-wide plan for improving their carbon footprint.
