Between 2019-2022, the careers & employability team ran a series of work experience projects with businesses across Lincolnshire to support students employability. Explore an overview of all the projects below to find out what the students got up to.
Graduate Skills Builder
30 student-led projects have been delivered with 23 different businesses across the Greater Lincolnshire Region, engaging over 130 university students.
Delivered in partnership between the University of Lincoln and Bishop’s Grosseteste University, the Graduate Skills Builder was an Office for Students funded project designed to showcase the opportunities in Lincolnshire
The Workday Program
The Workday programme offered final year students a chance to work on a 1:1 basis with a business on projects that would be approximately 1-days’ worth of work.
The programme aimed to give students a taster of a work environment to broaden their horizons and increase their chances of employment.
